Best Practices and Important FAQ
You must fully charge the Phantasm Fogger before first use.

It is NOT recommended to run the Phantasm fogger continuously. We recommend running the Phantasm Fogger for no more than 15-30 seconds at a time, then taking a brief cool down break. Running the Phantasm Fogger for long continuous times will overheat the vape element and will lead to failure and/or leakage of the Fogplasm. After all, it is just a simple vape pen element. 

The vape pen element is a consumable item and they do wear out over time.

It is not recommended to use cheaper ecig elements when replacing, as they tend to burn out faster, leak and or won't provide adequate fog. We use Kanger E-Smart Clearomizer elements with a 510 thread.
 
When Phantasm Fogger is not in use, turn the power switch off (O symbol) to avoid discharging of the battery.

You cannot power the Phantasm Fogger by USB. The USB port is ONLY for charging of the internal battery. 

The Phantasm Fogger runs off of 3.7 volts, any modifications to the power supply will damage the unit.

When the Phantasm Fogger is not in use for extended periods of time, it is recommended to remove the cartridge from the Haslab trap and store it in an upright manner (switch on bottom, vents on top), just to eliminate any potential leakage from the ecig element.

Fogplasm will exit from the center portion of the vents, the other areas of the vents provide an air inlet to help with proper circulation of the internal fan.  

The electronics of the Phantasm Fogger will enter sleep mode after periods of inactivity when turned off or even upon first use. When this happens, you will need to power cycle the Phantasm Fogger twice, off to on, then off to on again to start using. 

If you notice diminished fog output, you have either run low on Fogplasm, battery is running low or the ecig element is on its way out.

If you notice the internal fan stop working, the battery needs to be recharged.
