Iβve been taking Life Extension Magnesium Caps (500 mg) for a few weeks now, and I can really feel the difference. Itβs a blend of magnesium oxide, citrate, and succinate, and Iβve noticed improved sleep quality and fewer muscle cramps at night. The capsules are easy to swallow and donβt upset my stomach, which has been an issue with other magnesium supplements Iβve tried. This Magnesium Is Worth It!

Life Extension is a quality company, and this Magnesium is very good.
I have been taking it for maybe a year, and it helps me steer clear of debilitating nightly leg cramps, and also helps my digestion from getting sluggish.
I don't really see any reason to change brands, because I trust Life Extension to deliver a high-quality product, so I'm just gonna stick with it. Recommended!

Truly a miracle worker!!

I used to wake up every day and struggle to go to the bathroom. After taking these for just one week straight, I have already started to become normal having at least one bowel movement a day. This is my third bottle. I take them everyday and don't think I will stop.

You need to be careful when comparing vitamins and supplements anywhere you choose to buy them because although they will advertise 500mg,for instance, some you need to take two tablet to get that 500mg. I think that is a little shady and makes it harder to compare. I chose to go with the 1 capsule equals one dose brands. It just makes me trust them more. This is one of those brands. I actually have only been taking them for a week or two but if they were not 500mg and a good quality magnesium my body would tell me in just a few days. These have been working fine for my sleep and nerve pain so i do recommend them. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know. I have the subscribe and save so plan on sticking with it. Good price and it is what they tell me it us plus only one per day. Nice find.

Good quality and easy to take

These magnesium capsules are easy to take and seem to be very good quality. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. I like that this is a trusted brand, and it fits well into my daily routine. Very happy with this purchase. We have taken several brands and thi brand is the best. We are going to be using life extension for more supplement needs.
