Perfect Pillow!

I have spent so much money trying to find the right pillow. As a side sleeper I would always wake up with a stiff neck but not with this pillow! Itβs a perfect height and the pillow stays fairly cool. Itβs totally my Goldilocks pillow!β€οΈ

Finally a Cooling Blanket That Actually Works for Hot Sleepers

I first got to know this brand when they released their cooling pillow. At the time, I was very skeptical because Iβve tried many βcoolingβ pillows and pillowcases from other brands, and almost all of them failed to stay cool throughout the night. Surprisingly, this brand was the first one that actually worked for me.
Going through menopause has been extremely difficult, especially dealing with the constant heat and night sweats. I kept thinking that if they could somehow use the same cooling technology in a blanket, it would be amazing β and they actually did it.
This blanket has honestly been a lifesaver for me. One side has the cooling fabric while the other side feels more like a regular blanket, so you can switch depending on the temperature or season. Iβve been using a silk comforter before this, and while it was comfortable, it really didnβt help much with overheating at night. This cooling blanket made a noticeable difference almost immediately.
What impressed me most is that the cooling effect doesnβt just disappear after a few minutes. It stays comfortably cool and lightweight through the night without feeling damp or overly thin. Since using it, Iβve actually been tracking improvements in my sleep using my WHOOP device, and over the past 20 days Iβve noticed my deep sleep readings improving consistently.
The blanket also feels well made, soft, and lightweight without feeling cheap. For the quality and performance, I think the price is very fair, especially compared to other βcoolingβ bedding products that overpromise and underdeliver.
If you struggle with hot sleeping, night sweats, or menopause-related heat issues, I would absolutely recommend giving this a try. It genuinely improved my sleep quality.
