How To Use:

CONTAINER GARDENS:

  • Place enough potting soil into the container so that the root mass is positioned at the correct height.
  • Fill in around root mass up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) from top of pot.
  • Press gently to secure plant.
  • Water thoroughly and let drain.
  • Do not pack too tightly.
  • Add more if necessary with settling.

HOUSE PLANTS:

  • Water thoroughly after planting.
  • Feed regularly.

TREES, SHRUBS AND ROSES:

  • Select a container 2-3 times the diameter of the plant’s root mass and 3-6 inches (7.5-15 cm) deeper.
  • Place enough potting soil into the container so that the root mass is positioned at the correct height.
  • Secure plant in place while adding more potting soil around the root mass until the container is almost full.
  • Press firmly around perimeter of the plant and water thoroughly.

The first thing I liked about this is that the on/off switch has a mark on the ON side, unlike my last Belkin power strip, which had a switch where you couldn't tell which side was on or off. That Belkin was remote, which I really wanted, but the Belkin remote never worked reliably even from the start, so I'm happy with a surge protector without a remote but where I don't have to guess whether it's on or off if I can't see the light on the device plugged into it. Have been using it daily all day for 3 months now with zero problems.
