Echeveria desmetiana v subsessilis variegata is a stunning sought-after succulent highly prized for its unique color and form. It is a variegated form of Echeveria subsessilis, which originates from semi-desert and high-altitude rocky regions in Central and Southwest Mexico. A member of the Crassulaceae family, this plant is valued for its beautiful colors and distinctive appearance.

The elongated obovate leaves of Echeveria desmetiana v subsessilis variegata are a lovely light blue with creamy yellow variegation. The leaves are covered in a soft coating of white powder called farina, which adds to the plant's beauty and allure, making it a popular choice for succulent enthusiasts.

This succulent is moderately fast-growing and can reach up to 11 cm in height. When mature, Echeveria desmetiana v subsessilis variegata has a sessile rosette of approximately 60 leaves in 6-8 spirals, and in early summer, the plant produces up to 24 pink-orange flowers borne on long stems.

Echeveria desmetiana v subsessilis variegata is an ideal choice for gardeners of all skill levels as it is easy to care for. This plant generally grows best in morning sun or indirect bright light throughout the day. Although it can handle full sun, its delicate leaves can burn easily in strong sunlight if the plant is dry. It is important to use a soil mix that allows for proper drainage to avoid root rot, which can occur if the plant is overwatered. It is recommended to water the plant only when the soil is completely dry, which is generally once a week during the growing season. Fertilizing can be done once a month with a specific fertilizer for cacti, but should be stopped throughout the winter.

Propagation of Echeveria desmetiana v subsessilis variegata is best achieved through stem cuttings. Leaf propagation is not recommended as it often results in a small percentage of variegated plants at best. When taking stem cuttings, allow them to dry for several days or more until a callus forms. As a general rule, allow at least one day for each millimeter in diameter of stem to dry properly. Once the callus has formed, the cuttings can be planted in a mixture of sand, soil, and pumice or perlite, and kept moist until roots develop.

This succulent plant is best suited for zones 9b to 11b, which translates to minimum temperatures of -3.9°C to 10°C. In Australia, it is best suited for warm climates with mild winters.

Overall, Echeveria desmetiana v subsessilis variegata is a unique and beautiful plant that adds a pop of color to any garden or indoor space. It is easy to care for and propagate, making it an ideal choice for both beginner and experienced gardeners. With its light blue leaves, creamy yellow variegation, and lovely white powdery farina, this succulent plant is sure to capture the attention and admiration of anyone who sees it.

Toss this printer away
Style: WF-3823
Less than a year old and it will not accept Espon print cartridges. I have googled and done everything possible to reboot the printer, but nothing is working

Huge Step Backwards
Style: WF-3823
Purchased this after my WF-3540 finally died. This is a disappointing step backwards in capability for the price. Printing is at best "fine". Getting good color matching / saturation has been a challenge but otherwise acceptable for general things like labels. Despite the confusing documentation (at the time of purchase), this does not do double-sided scanning. This makes using the ADF for multi-sided documents basically pointless. This will be my last Epson. UPDATE - Months have passed and I'm moving it from 2 to 1 star. The ink cartridges run out quickly and are expensive to replace. The ADF jams constantly on scan jobs. The paper pull from the main cassette pulls multiple pages at a time. On top of all that, when using this with a WiFi connection to your network only, the amount of times that it losses connectivity but thinks it is still connected is constant, and/or assigns itself a local IP address instead of getting one from DHCP results in having to cycle power to get it back working. Trash printer.

Happy with my printer!
Style: WF-3823
great buy im super happy with it, i had a HP business printer for about 5 years and I was unhappy with the cost of my $500 ink. So i decided to just buy another printer with a lower cost of ink. I have the same outcome in the printing, great quality, accurate and bright colors. I was able to print business cards and Sticker labels but you can only add 1 sheet to the printer while printing cardstock or labels or it'll jam. But honestly it doesnt matter to me im just happy i dont have to pay so much for ink now. The sheets take a few seconds to print but this is fine for anyone who doesnt need to rush multiple copies. the sheets do shoot out with force when done printing so the sheets do often fall on the floor but if your sitting near you can prevent it. I am able to print wirelessly from both my laptop and iphone!

Easy Peasy to Set Up
Style: WF-3823
This is probably the sixth printer I've purchased, of which this is the second Epson. My first Epson, which is an earlier WF version, is probably at least ten years old and still operates the same as it did when I first purchased it at least ten years ago. The other three printers were a very well known brand, which I won't mention here, and none survived more than a couple of years each. This brand new Epson WF 3823 took about two weeks to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. It was very easy to set up as it took me all of four minutes to connect to my network and print out my first page. And for $80, I feel like they gave it away.
