Their habitat ranges from lush forests to open grasslands. This huge natural range makes Ball Pythons an adaptable species, found both in treetops and underground! They like a humid environment and an enriched habitat with climbing, hiding, and hunting opportunities. Ball Pythons appreciate leafy plants for coverage and pre-made burrows, like buried cork flats. They require a hot spot of at least 90F. They obtain Vitamin D from their whole prey meals, but benefit from basking opportunities under 5% UV bulb. Utilizing a bioactive kit for your snake makes cleanup much easier, and with the Terra Firma all of their unique little tunnels and burrows retain shape to make them feel more at home.
This kit does not contain the enclosure, clean up crews, or any UVB or heating elements your pet will need!
