The stems are round and corky, bearing round grey-green succulent leaves that are arranged neatly in 4 distinct rows towards the branch tips.
  
  Portulaca molokiniensis produces clusters of tiny lemon yellow cup-shaped flowers at the ends of leafless stems that rise above the foliage.
  
  Plants may be shipped bare root.
