I will take great care in packaging your plant but be aware that damage can occur in transit.
Your plant will come in LECA which are inert clay balls. They have been receiving all their nutrient needs exclusively through liquid fertilization. If you wish to maintain your plant in LECA, research how to grow in “semi-hydro”. However, most growers will want to transfer to an aroid mix such as 1/3 peat, 1/3 perlite, and 1/3 orchid bark or coco coir. When transplanting, the clay balls will fall away with minimal damage to roots. For best results, leave the plant in its peat moss plug when transplanting.

The worst banking experience
Stay away from this card if you want to keep your sanity, they had a welcome offer of $750 that they refused to honor, if you call customer service you will be on hold for 2 hours just for them to transfer the call to someone that doesn't know what they're doing. they still ask you to send them documents by mail or fax to prove you're not lying to them.
I closed their card less than a month after opening it, the worst banking experience of my life.
