For use as an infant car seat, the in-seat recline provides enhanced support and angles the child to help minimize head slump and help keep the child’s airway open. No after affects
I've been taking Melatonin for about 48 yrs. And has no after affects. I take it as needed. I've taken 1mg to 5mg. depending what kind of a day I've had. The pill is very small. I like the orange and peppermint flavors. The best time to take it is about 45mins. before you would go to bed.

Source Natural is a good brand but I find 5 mg too strong and need to split them.
As a person with sleep problems due to illness I can say that this melatonin works to get me to sleep sooner. I don't sleep most of the night without it and this brand works better than others I've tried. I can't use 5 mg though and find 2.5mg better. I'm cutting them in half and don't plan to order 5 mg. again.
