The first photo shows the plant grown in high light; the second photo shows the plant grown in low light. It makes an eye-catching specimen whether grown in a container in the summer garden or as an indoor houseplant. Unlike many traditional caladiums, Fairytale Princess performs well in full sun or partial shade. For zone 10 gardeners who leave it outside year-round, the plant goes somewhat dormant in the winter, but when it warms up, it returns to its full beauty.
