Irregular reddish-brown spots cover the leaves, most prominently so on the outside and on the upper half of the inside. The pattern is almost reptilian-like, with the outside spots noticeably redder. Red-orange flowers sprout from a stem that's up to 8 inches tall. Excellent as a windowsill plant or for the nooks and crannies of a rock garden where it doesn't get too cold in the winter months. And believe it or not, Echeveria purpusorum doesn't really have a common name. Any ideas?
