Commonly known as the African Dragon Tree or the Dragon Tree, the Arborea is a very low-maintenance, slow-growing plant native to South Africa and the Canary Islands. One or two big stalks grow thick and strong to show off tufts of long green drooping leaves at the top. This cane is sure to make a statement in your home, while also vibing well with a contemporary interior design. Over time the arborea’s leaves might start yellowing and dropping, but don’t be alarmed, this is just a natural occurrence in the plant's life cycle: the lifespan of the Arborea cane leaves is about 2 years.

The Arborea cane likes to be watered when the first 2-3” of soil is dry. They thrive in bright indirect light, warm temperatures around 70-80°F, and moderate to high humidity, so keep a humidifier or a mister on hand!
