Cultivation and Propagation: Bijlia cana is easy to grow. These plants grow on winter rain and were heading for summer dormancy.

Watering: Requires little water otherwise its epidermis breaks (resulting in unsightly scars). Bijlia cana should be watered in the fall as new growth appears.
