The great news about golden pothos is that it thrives in indirect light from bright to low and is not fussy about water like some other popular houseplants. Pothos plants like to dry out between waterings, so if you space on watering yours, chances are the plant won’t mind. Pairing golden pothos with other pothos varieties and tropical houseplants will fill your home with plenty of soothing, therapeutic, good-feeling vibes. Studies show that plants help elevate moods, alleviate stress, boost productivity, and even speed recovery time. Pothos prefer temps between 60 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. They appreciate higher humidity but do well in drier climes too. You can mimic the humidity of their native habitat by misting or keeping them in rooms that have higher humidity, such as the kitchen or a bathroom. Responsible manufacturer, target gut health, moderately effective
I take probiotics for my gut health and feminine balance. These probiotics have a broad-spectrum of strains that benefit both areas, primarily the gut. The dose is a single, smooth capsule a day, but the capsule is large for a probiotic. Still, it's easy to swallow, has no taste and has a pleasant, light scent due to the pineapple. I take these probiotics with food and find some improvement in my GI issues but they do not eliminate gas. I have no side effects. So for me they are moderately effective. I like the Vitalibre company and line of products because they are made in GMP facilities, are lab-tested and non-GMO. Each bottle is printed with the Lot Number and Expiration Date, which is well over 2 years in the future. So, I have confidence in the ingredients and manufacturing of this supplement. At approx. 50 cents per day, they're affordable and definitely worth a try
