Phenomenal is also able to take colder winters and hot, humid summers better than others. Phenomenal lavender are great for drying and using in potpourris. This large hedging lavender adds a lovely barrier along fence lines or around unsightly areas of the landscape. Deer tend to avoid phenomenal lavender plants, making it a smart choice for hosta and daylily beds. Exactly as pictured
Pay close attention to the picture of this item. The printing looks off center and the plate is not completely round. See the top in the picture where it goes out of round. It is exactly as you see in the photo. Purchased as a gift but looks off to me so I returned it
