Included are custom printed and personalized cards plus plantable hearts (your choice of one large one or three smaller hearts). The hearts have seeds embedded in them and are hand punched from plantable paper chock full of a mix of perennial and annual flower seeds. Each can be planted to grow. Simply cover with a thin layer of soil, keep damp and watch them grow! The photos show some examples of custom cards. An herb seed option is available, see below.

To make best use of space and preserve readability, we recommend keeping your wording to 200 characters or less. We copy and paste the text directly from the note you provide at checkout, so be sure to double check all spelling and dates before submitting. If you should notice a mistake after you place your order, please contact us right away. If your order has not yet printed, we can correct the mistake at no charge.

All paper is made-to-order to promote freshness. Through winter, the wait time after most orders are placed is about 4-7 business days before an order ships.
