Each insert has 24 total starting cells as seen in the picture - you can see how large they are, and they measure 3.00" x 2.19" x 2.25"

You get 3 full inserts in this package. That is enough to seed start 72 plants. There are holes in the bottom of each cell so you can water from the bottom.

You will also get 3 seed flats without any holes in the bottom.
