Just plant the flower seed paper under a thin layer of soil and keep wet to grow. A garden of pretty flowers await, a sweet remembrance for years to come. The flower seeds are selected for their ability to re-seed and grow again. Please allow us to customize these to best pay tribute to your loved one. If you have a special poem or way that you'd like for these to reflect your loved one, we are happy to work with you to create these bookmarks using the wording and colors you'd like, or choose from the styles pictured here.
SIZE: 7 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, perfect for tucking into a book until you're ready to plant it.
All bookmarks are made to order and will be delivered in time for the memorial service or event they will be used at, assuming we have enough production time. We are very experienced at rush orders and can handle delivery on short notice. The shipping cost can be quite high for true overnight delivery ($150) because we are located in a rural place and shipping options (flights out) are very limited. A 3-day turnaround time is usually the minimum allowable.
The bookmarks are two pieces ~ a top printed piece that is semi-transparent, and a bottom colorful piece that is plantable. DIY tie on bookmarks are something you need to tie together on arrival (ties are included). Bookmarks that are already tied together, and do not need any DIY are also available.
In the Special Instructions box at checkout, we will need the following information to get started with your order:
1) name of your loved one & dates (i.e. Robert Johnson, July 14, 1958 - January 7, 2017)
2) When do you need to receive them?
3) Other personalization:
The butterfly memorial bookmark has a poem that prints with it. If you have a different poem you'd like printed, please let us know in the special instructions box at checkout. The tree memorial bookmark does not have space for a poem, instead 'Greatly missed and remembered always' appears. If you'd like something else about that long, we can make substitutions. And, if you'd like a completely different design, we are happy to put our design skills to work (we have a small custom design charge of $18 for that). Either design includes a border.
