Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. Just like described works excellent. You cannot beat it for the Money 4.8 should be five stars. Adjustable coarseness is real nice too. I do a lot of barbecuing and you want a thick pepper and salt for brisket. Just real nice one Hand operation if you’re doing something so it was a salt shaker pepper shaker but this one being able to grind fresh is real nice.

These are very nice quality. They work really well. You can adjust the coarseness as you prefer. They aren't overly loud. I got them for someone as a gift for someone and I'm going to get myself a set also because I really like them. They charge quickly. Overall, a really nice set that seems like it will last a long time.
