Biobased Flat Climbing Pole for Wall-Friendly Vertical Growth

Looking for a smart way to train your climbing plants upwards without taking up extra space? The Biobased Flat Climbing Pole from Sybotanica is your go-to support system for vining houseplants like Monstera Dubia and Rhaphidophora Cryptantha. With its slim, flat profile and wide contact surface, this pole encourages aerial root adhesion while staying close to the wall or planter, a true trellis alternative made from 100% biodegradable, sustainable materials.

Designed for Compact, Upright Training

Unlike round poles that push your plants outwards, the flat design keeps everything neat and vertical. It’s perfect for training species that grow flush against surfaces, offering support and better direction for leaves and vines. Think of it as a plant totem board, supportive, space-saving, and easy to mount in tight corners or along shelves.

The rough texture helps roots cling naturally, mimicking the surface of tree bark. That means stronger root attachment, healthier vertical growth, and less flopping or wandering stems.

Smart, Sustainable and Refillable

Each pole is made from potato peels and elephant grass, materials that are not only biodegradable but also help prevent mould thanks to the lactic acid in the potato skins. You’re getting a clean, low-waste support that’s gentle on your plant and even gentler on the planet.

Need to go taller? No problem. Each pole includes a connection piece so you can extend it as your plant keeps climbing. Just pinch, push, and slide the next piece on, no tools or fiddling required. That makes it a future-proof option for long-term vertical training.

Perfect for Monstera Dubia and More

This flat pole was practically made for Monstera Dubia. Its wide contact surface helps these shingling species stay close and climb high without twisting. It’s also a perfect match for philodendron climbers, Rhaphidophora varieties, or any vining plant that sends out aerial roots in search of structure.

It even works as a stylish wall friendly support, just rest it against the back of a pot near a wall and let your plant follow the path upward. Plus, it's lightweight and blends into your setup without stealing the spotlight from your plant.

Easy Care and Mounting

To keep things hydrated, pour water down the pole, it distributes evenly through your soil and helps roots stay moist. Just be sure your pot has proper drainage to avoid soggy roots.

With Sybotanica’s Biobased Flat Climbing Pole, you’re not just training your plant, you’re creating a cleaner, greener support system that evolves with your plant’s needs. Thoughtfully designed, easy to mount, and crafted from sustainable materials, it’s the upgrade your vertical growers have been waiting for.

Pretty funny
Format: Hardcover
The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

Not the best, but not the worst either
Format: Hardcover
By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.

Good for my collection.
Format: Hardcover
This was another quick and entertaining read. This instalment wasn't as enjoyable as some of the other books but it was still good. I'm glad to have it in my collection.
