This wildlife food plot corn seed variety grows short to approximately 3 to 4 feet in height and develops ears of corn 6 to 12 inches from the ground. Although, studies have shown when planted in soil that is high in nutritional value, that Dwarf corn hybrids can average between 65 and 70 inches in height, with ear placement occurring at the 40-inch mark or higher on the plant, which is not that much different where it is on a standard plant today.
Dwarf corn matures in 90 to 110 days depending on planting location and weather conditions. When planting for Ducks, plant Dwarf Corn seed in a up-hill location from the water source. Ducks tend to feed in these areas and will locate the plants easier. Dwarf corn is a great addition to food plots for deer, turkey, quail, ducks, pheasant and other wildlife.

Plant this seed in the spring for best results. This seed can be planted at a rate of 15 - 20 lbs per acre or 10 lbs per acre in rows and at a depth of 1/2 - 1 inch. Dwarf Corn prefers a pH of 5.5 - 6.5.
