The Cybex 525AT Arc Trainer w/ E3 Console upgrades the proven arc motion platform with a 15.6" LCD screen and embedded HD TV — delivering live entertainment alongside performance metrics on a single display. The patented arc motion burns calories faster than a traditional elliptical while keeping impact on the joints low, and a 24" stride length supports natural, full-range movement through glide, stride, and climb modes.

With up to 900 watts of resistance and 21 incline levels, this machine covers the full training spectrum from steady-state cardio and weight loss to high-intensity interval conditioning and strength-focused climbing. Upper-body resistance arms engage simultaneously for total-body output. Plug-in operation via the included 110V cord. Remanufactured to commercial performance standard.

Buy this one. It is straight to the point!
Format: Paperback
I don't usually write reviews. But this book was amazing. It was a life saver to have me refresh from my masters degree. I read domains three and four. Then I went through about 400 of the practice questions and was able to ace my exam above target in all domains. It is really easy to follow and I will be using it as a stepping stone when it is time to take the PMP exam. Definitely buy this one.

Helped Me Pass the CAPM
Format: Paperback
You need more than this to pass the exam, but this is an excellent study guide and structure. The practice questions are way easier than the actual exam. Don't let them give you a sense of false confidence. Especially if you don't have experience. I recommend to Google project management courses, IBM, or there's another one on Udemy. Use the PMI practice exam, too.

Typos and confusing/missing information
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
I finished Domain 1 and it's okay. Things are explained well, but there are a lot of typos and strange formatting. The cover of the book says 2025-2026, but the spine of the book says 2024-2025. The way that the quiz questions are worded is confusing and sometimes repetitive. I had 2 of the same questions in a row in one section. I'm struggling to take some quizzes because the questions that are being asked do not reference any material from that section (or anywhere in the book so far). I feel like there is information missing in the sections because the quizzes have random terms that have never been mentioned. Example: D1: Essential knowledge questions I am being asked about estimation tools like story points, relative estimation, and planning poker. Nowhere in the book have those things been mentioned.
