Phenomenal is also able to take colder winters and hot, humid summers better than others. Phenomenal lavender are great for drying and using in potpourris. This large hedging lavender adds a lovely barrier along fence lines or around unsightly areas of the landscape. Deer tend to avoid phenomenal lavender plants, making it a smart choice for hosta and daylily beds. The glow doesn’t last long, not super bright.

I charge my glow in the dark balls with a black light flashlight, this one was not very bright, and it did not hold the charge very long. Also, with it being green, it was hard for my dog to find in the grass.

Love this glow in the dark Chuck IT. Get a black light flashlight to charge the neon instantly. Good texture gives the dog better grip than the smooth all white glow in the dark chuck it balls.
