- Cyrtostachys renda, commonly called lipstick palm or sealing wax palm, is a tropical palm that is native to swampy rain forest areas of the Malaysian peninsula, Indonesia and Borneo. It is perhaps best known for its glossy scarlet red crown shafts and leaf stalks which bring stunning accent and contrast to landscapes or indoor areas.
- Common names are in reference to the red coloration. In the wild, this palm will grow to 12-15’ tall. Pinnate leaves to 4-5’ long are deep green above and gray-green underneath. Small greenish white flowers in panicles bloom in summer.

The best chew ever for a strong chewer

We have a 77lb goldendoodle who loves these. We’re lucky because he doesn’t chew on anything other than his toys, but when he starts on this…he really goes at it. It’s healthy, (not synthetic), doesn’t break apart, (no pieces to worry about him swallowing), it just perfect for him. The noise may get on your nerves but it’s a small price to pay to keep him from chewing on your furniture, shoes, or anything else a mischievous dog can find.

Little pieces break off

My dog is obsessed with this. It does last a long time even given her strong chewing capabilities. I wish it was a little bigger. The main reason I rated it so low is when my dog is chewing on this it breaks off a little plastic peice and sometimes it hits the back of her throat making her cough so you have to supervise with this.

Great for aggressive chewers

My dog is an aggressive chewer so they are great for her. I would love to have one a bit thinner so it could fit in a holder so it is easier for her to hold while eating. This keeps her busy and is long lasting. I have purchased these multiple times.

A very tough toy to stand up to my aggressive chewer lab! It's a great value! The squeak is not annoying, and she's got to clamp down hard on it. It's a nice throw toy! It bounces once or twice but it still brings out the pup in our Dog! Not too small a nice size for a Lab or retriever

A Hardy Toy for Chewers

I must say I was very surprised with the durability of this toy. We've had it for 3 days and not one puncture hole. My rescue is a destroy chewer that doesn't care for Hardy chew toys unless it squeaks. While the squeaker isn't the best, he still loves it. We put peanut butter in the grooves for him and he goes to town. Will purchase again should he ever destroys it, worth the price!
