Being diurnal and very active these lizards love plenty of dense foliage with places to climb and hide.
It is necessary to provide adequate 5.0 UVB lighting, heat and clean water for your lizards to stay happy and healthy in their vivarium. Many of these lizards are considered a "disposable species" in our community, and that hurts our hearts! Not only are they relatively intelligent, they are also amazing vivarium subjects that have many unique niches and tendencies that come alive in your terrarium.
These kits will provide lots of places to climb, hide, drink and to create territory zones with your colony. Although they are small, they do create lots of waste, so utilizing a larger species of isopod such as Powder Blue or Orange is recommended to use in conjunction with the BioShot. The kits we are providing are meant for taller enclosures and the components included reflect that. Do not forget to provide them necessary UVB/UVA, heating and routine misting/fogging. This species can be kept with the American Green or Gray Tree Frog if the enclosure is properly designed and parameters are met.
