The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. Tasty treat in single serve packs! My new favorite snack

A friend recommended the Righteous Felon Beef Jerky, so I decided to give it a try.
The Baby Blues BBQ is the perfect balance of BBQ with a hit of hot. It's not overwhelming and doesn't make you run for a glass of water, but just enough to add flavor. The texture of the beef is the right balance between tender, jerky and not dried out or tough. Just right.
I am glad that each packet is a single serving because it's easy to enjoy a small bag by one's self.
Packaging is cute.
I wikk be trying a number of the other flavors as soon as I finish these, which will be quite soon at the rate I'm going. Haha
It's a nice treat.
