These beautiful butterworts have greenish/pinkish leaves with reddish edges when they are under strong lights. We'll update the flower once they bloom, keep in mind that these Pings are seed grown and may have some variation in color, shape, or flower.

You'll get a similar plant to the one in the picture. Please note that some plants are greener than others but will turn pinkish under intense lights, they can also have some variation since they are seed grown.

The plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect the plants. We ship the plants on Monday and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cut off.

Bright light is best! A sunny windowsill or full-spectrum grow lights will keep your plant happy.
🪴 Potting Mix
Use a well-draining Mexican Pinguicula mix
🪰 Feeding
Feed every 2–3 weeks if not catching bugs:
• Small insects
• Fish food flakes
• Schultz cactus fertilizer (follow bottle directions)
💧 Water
Keep soil lightly moist — avoid overwatering or soggy conditions.
💦 Humidity
Prefers moderate humidity (50–80%), but adapts well indoors.
🌡️ Temperature
Thrives between 55–85°F
📏 Mature Size
Grows up to 3–4" across with proper care
🌙 Dormancy
No true dormancy. May enter a succulent phase during winter depending on temperatures — this is completely normal!

I received these pillows shrink-wrapped flat as a pancake. But I've received other things this way including whole king-sized mattresses and they always puff up to normal size once you pop them out of the plastic wrap. These pillows puffed up pretty quickly.
