Whatever you choose to carry in them, the Gear Bags are built to last and last. Constructed of U.S.-made components and handsewn in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, their every aspect and detail designed for maximum durability. The handles are sewn down around the underneath of the bag, so that the bottom will never blow out and the handles will never separate from the seams. Hefty #10YKK zippers won’t break or separate. An added layer of black 1680 ballistic nylon reinforces the exterior bottom. All seams are not only triple-sewn, but also edged with binding tape to prevent fraying. And the waxed canvas and nylon themselves are tough, rugged textiles.

To add yet more durability, Blaze Orange nylon (1000d) lines the main compartment of each Bag. In addition to adding toughness and structure, the orange nylon creates a high-vis backdrop, so that contents are readily distinguishable, even in lower light conditions.

Several additional features create ease of use. The six metal #10YKK zipper pulls are each knotted with 550 paracord, offering a longer gripping surface. This paracord is green on one side of the Bag and black on the other, allowing user orientation of Bag contents, even when the Bag is closed. On either side of each zipper is a webbed tab, for gripping when zipping the Bag. If you wish to add a strap, metal D-rings offer attachment points. For Bag personalization, two long, wide strips of Velcro provide room for numerous patches, while two smaller Velcro strips on the Medium create space for ATC Name Tapes.

For additional versatility, we designed the Medium Gear Bag so that multiple ATC Medium Tool Pouches can stand upright inside the main compartment, allowing additional organization of tools and gear within the Bag. And Mesh Organizer Inserts add even more organizational options. All Gear Bags come with a Lifetime Warranty.
