Nice pillow
Came early,was surprised when I opened it up because it expanded to full size. I ordered a queen size itโs nice, cover is real nice and this pillow is very comfortable for me, I have neck and back problems with alot of pain so sleeping isnโt always easy with this pillow I slept very comfortably. One side is softer and the side that is cooler definitely is cooler when you touch it, reason I took one star off is because it dose get hot the longer you sleep on it. If you want a pillow that is well put together and very comfortable this is the one.
Iโm happy with it and would buy it againโฆthinking about getting one for my hubby.

Low firm/supportive
It was good, however It wasnโt firm enough. Itโs advertised as supportive so I guess low firm is where it sits in the chart

Firm n cool
I am super picky about pillows and I need them firm and cool. This is absolutely amazing. Love it! Better than more expensive pillows I've gotten in the past.
