This is an original Dritz "My Double" adjustable metal dress form from the 1950s or early 1960s. It is made of flexible metal, with snaps up the front and back, allowing it to split into two parts.

To make it your double, put on a tank or fitted T-shirt or workout clothes, then slide each side on. With the help of a (good) friend and perhaps an adult beverage, you manipulate the wire to conform it to your exact shape. It's actually a lot of fun, and unless you change size or shape dramatically, you'll only have to do this process once.

When you're satisfied that it's fully conformed to you, take it off, snap it back together front and back, then place it on its metal stand (which you can adjust to your height). Then, you place the stabilizing bars criss-cross on the interior to keep its (your) shape. It's not difficult, it just takes a little time (and a lot of laughter, and a friend you don't mind pressing on your body).

This dress form is in excellent condition, with all necessary parts. I got rid of the original box and creepy cheesecloth cover, because both were kind of disgusting. I am providing a brand new, never used, modern cover.

As for the original instructions, I have them here, somewhere. You have my word that when I eventually find the "safe place" where I stashed them, I will send them to you (free of charge, of course). In the meantime, you don't actually need them, because full instructions for this exact dress form are readily available free online from several different bloggers, and even better, there are helpful YouTube how-to videos to guide you through the process of making it "your double," if my brief explanation above proves insufficient. It's really not complicated.

Keep in mind that the photos show the dress form molded to my shape (before I realized that sewing is not my favorite hobby). I will disassemble it to ship.

--> As for size, online information says it will accommodate a 30"-40" bust. I would suggest that this dress form will work for those who wear (modern) sizes extra-small, small, or medium. For reference, I measure b35.5", w26.5", h36" and there was plenty of give in the structure to go smaller or larger. <--

Our items are not newly manufactured "vintage style" pieces. They are true vintage, at least 30 years old. Please read condition report provided above.

Fun puzzles, cliffhanger ending
Format: Kindle
If you’ve read the earlier books about the Hawthornes, you know that Avery Grambs, the heiress to the Hawthorne fortune, established an annual game of puzzles and riddle in which the winner would win a whole lot of money. This book is about one of those games. I finished this book late last night, and the first thing you need to know is that it ends in the middle of the game! Barnes calls this a new series, and obviously, it’s the kind of series in which books are tightly linked. The next book comes out next July. So forewarned. I found I had to concentrate at the book’s start because there’s a lot to sort out. There are 8 players, mostly new characters Hawthornes there, mostly in background with Grayson having a bigger role. There are also three points of view. So it took me quite a while to be sure I knew who was who and what their backstory was. I’m not actually sure I understand all of them even now, partly because Barnes withholds some information for the next book Still, page by page, I enjoyed this book. I liked solving the puzzles and was pleased with myself when I did it faster than the characters did though that wasn’t as often as I’d like. The books takes place over 2 days, I think, but there’s some insta-attraction I guess, which is interesting. The ending was unsatisfactory for me, and Barnes obviously intended it to be that way. I’ll undoubtedly pick up the second book next year, but I’ll have to reread this one to have any hope of following it.

Jenn has never disappointed me onceee!!!!!
Format: Hardcover
The grandest game is an absolute masterpiece!! The story is gripping from scratch to finish, with expertly crafted twists and turns that keep you on edge of your seat. Jenn has a way of weaving together intricate plots and dynamic characters that feel incredibly real. The pacing is perfect, and every detail feels intentional and significant. I adore the characters' relationships and motives unfolded, creating a rich, layered narrative. The grandest game is the kind of book that lingers with you long after you have turned the last page. I highly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in thriller like me and you won't regret it!!

The devil works hard but JLB works harder
Format: Paperback
Five star book One star shipping The inheritance games is utterly amazing, but grandest game BLEW away my expectations! It is twisting and turning with riddles and secrets, with brand new characters alongside our classic ones. Totally recommend to TIG lovers 12+ Shipping on the other hand was delayed nearly 2 weeks, and I live in central Texas. I was disappointed but I have already read it on kindle and wanted the paper back so wasn’t end of the world, but still annoying. Totally amazing book though!
