The blouse part has 3/4 length sleeves, a square neckline in cream with shoulder pads, and the suspender part is black and cream floral with an a-line skirt, decorative buttons on the front and elastic at the back waist. Labeled "Michael Blake, Made in the USA, 50% acetate 50% rayon, dry clean only, 10". The bust of the dress measures 38 inches, the waist 28-32 inches and the hips 44 inches, length about 44 inches. This dress just goes on over the head, no buttons or zippers. Shown on a dress form that measures B36" W25" H36".
