This is a delicate 1930s day dress. The sheer cotton dress has a sweet floral print in purple, pink, green, and white. The free waist ties back for fit. Dainty white cotton lace trims the neckline and sleeves, and the shoulders are decorated with tiny embroidered flower applique. Buttons on the side of the waist open the dress.

CONDITION

In good condition. There is a slight wear to the right shoulder with showing light thinning.

  • Length measured down the center of the back from the top neck seam to the bottom of the garment.

A lot of my books fit on here and there’s still more room left if I wanted to buy more books. It’s a simple looking bookshelf but it’s really pretty. So that’s my only piece of advice. Besides for the screw anchors everything else is perfect
