What To Grow In: Seed starting trays, 20 row seedling flat, or any sort of low, flat container

Soil: Use a regular potting mix or soilless medium

Lighting:  Adding supplemental lighting with grow lights during the winter will help with stronger, less leggy growth. They can easily be grown in the garden, on a deck/patio, or even a sunny spot in your house during the rest of the year.

Days to Harvest: 10-15 days

Harvest: Start cutting when the first true leaves appear or when they reach 1 1/2-2 inches. 

Growing Tips: Maintain good air flow for Broccoli Microgreens by not over sowing seeds and by watering lightly. Overwatered soil and overly dense sowing with no air flow can cause damping off. For a continuous harvest of micro greens sow every 7-10 days.
