I love gold! Traditional Japanese painting is often done on large panels of gold leaf. When I see it in person, the effect takes my breath away. 

I wanted to create that glowing, floating effect in this piece, so I found a printer who can do gold ink effects. The results are very impressive! I'm so proud of how this piece came out, and I think you'll love it too. 

The left caption says 怪物狩人, which translates to 'Monster' and 'Hunter'. 

The middle caption says 狩りの魂, which means 'The Soul of the Hunt'.

The right caption says 自然と戦い、自然と共に, which means 'Battle nature, live with nature.'
