These Fit pedals are one of the grippiest plastic pedals on the market. They have pins in all the right places, 12 to be exact. They also have the micro knurling on the pedal body itself so don't be worried if you accidentally shave off a pin while grinding. They do have some thickness to them which helps keep the life if you're doing a lot of pedal grinds. The end cap is a little bit further in the pedal so its more protected if you do crash.
