- Girl's costume dress is made from a mixture of tulle and non-stretch polyester fabric.
- The black dress features a brown ombre effect through fabric.
- Dress has puffed tulle shoulders and frills that outline the mock button front.
- Mesh top features a classic satin collar.
- Paneled bodice leads into a drop waist style dress with tulle ruffle layers that fall to the base hemline.
- Dress fastens at the back with a zipper closure.
- Costume is complete with a single black double layer belt that fastens with velcro closure. The belt has a decorative underlayer with cut out detailing and a thin belt outline that lays over the top of the larger section.
