Each single pack of ArmRx® Arm Gloves consist of a single arm sleeve with 2 "hook and loop" straps that adjust the glove to the required size and fasten it securely on the limb, forming a watertight pocket that helps keep the user's arm completely dry even during total submersion in water. The package insert includes detailed instructions for use.
Since there is no rubber flange or elastic opening, the arm glove slides comfortably over the cast, wound, IV or bandage, without causing the user any undue discomfort. After the first strap secures the glove in place, the excess glove is folded back to be secured by the second strap. This allows for the glove length to be adjusted to between 30'' and 20''.
Unlike elastic or flange based products, the straps are fully adjustable, allowing for a looser fit on more sensitive limbs. Following the simple instructions, most users will be able to put the glove and straps on themselves.
ArmRx® Arm Gloves are made from environmentally friendly recyclable polyethylene. They are easy to store and do not require special disposal. They are light, neatly packaged and convenient for use any time and anywhere - in the hospital, at home or during travel.
While ArmRx® Arm Gloves are disposable, with a little care the 1.25mil gloves can simply be dried off and reused multiple times.
The product is packaged in a 4" x 5" 2 mil clear zip bag with a round hang hole. The total length of the bag is 5 and 1/2 inches including the hang hole tab. The product weight is 0.051lbs.
