The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. Nice Versatile and Strong Cart

The cart looks great and fits our needs perfectly. It is very sturdy and well made. However, it took a lot longer to put together than I expected because there many parts and they have to fit together perfectly. Worth it though!

Not for someone that needs step by step instructions and pre-drilled holes
Nice cart that looks good once assembled. But be warned: there are NO predrilled holes for any of the screws. You will need to build each section of the frame that attaches to each wood panel FIRST, sit it on the wood and use a electric drill or driver to put the screws into the wood.
Same goes for the wheel attachments - no holes drilled for these either.
So if you are someone that can't even build a piece of IKEA furniture - this is NOT for you as this will require more skill and power tools.
