THE MIDIUM® CURATOR'S NOTE: Signature Edition
Recognizing the people behind a musical instrument's creation is as vital as recognizing the artist who plays it. In that spirit, The Midium® asked Collision Devices to please sign the Collision Devices Black Hole Symmetry LTD "Mirror Polished" pedals in our collection. They decided to sign as a team, which is very fitting for a tightly knit group of friends developing unique pedals, together, in their shop in France. As part of an already limited 100-unit run, our two Signature Edition units form an extremely rare segment of this series. Please note that since each pedal was individually signed, signature placement may of course vary from the example in the photo you'll find in the gallery. It is The Midium®'s hope that you feel a deeper connection with your Collision Devices Black Hole Symmetry LTD "Mirror Polished" Signature Edition pedal, with the knowledge that the makers have added a personal touch to the units in our collection. Create warm waves & trembling repetitions, space reverb sounds and of course make a lot of noise by recreating the fury of a black hole.
The Black Hole Symmetry is a Modulated Delay / Pitch shifted Reverb / Destruction Fuzz pedal.
Travel through the Ergosphere, the Event Horizon and the Singularity. The 3 parts of the pedal which can be played together or separetely.
Each pedal is designed, assembled & tested by hand in our workshop in France.
The B.H.S. has a lifetime warranty.

Destruction Fuzz
The single setting "Disintegrate" allows you to raise your sound.
Forget the fact that your drummer plays loudly.
Settings :
Desintegrate : Volume setting with a huge fuzz.
Protect your ears please.
Event Horizon.
Pitch shifted Reverb
Long reverb based on the FV1 chip.
Harmonizes the reverb signal with a pitch shifter.
Settings :
Mix : Proportion of wet signal in the mix
Echo : Echo time (max 15s)
Radiancy : Proportion of pitch shifter in the echo signal
Pitch : Shifts the pitch of the note
Ergosphere.
Modulated Delay
Based on the PT2399 chip to have a warm echo.
The echo signal is modulated by two oscillators.
Settings :
Mix : Proportion of wet signal in the mix
Time : Time between each repetition (From 0s to 1s)
Feedback : Number of repetitions
Modulation : Proportion of modulation in the delay signal
Speed : Speed of the main oscillator
Trimmer : Speed of the triangle oscillator
