Das seitliche Markisenvorzelt für das GEAR ROCK ® Kootenay hat Abmessungen von 2500 x 2000mm und bietet einen großen extra Raum neben dem Dachzelt.

Befestigt wird es per Reißverschluß, der am Kootenay bereits standardmäßig unter der Oberschale angebracht ist und zwar an beiden Längsseiten. Damit seid Ihr flexibel und sucht Euch die Seite aus die Ihr gerade nutzen wollt. Auch eine Markise kann gleichzeitig auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite angebracht werden. Mehr Flexibilität geht nicht.

Am Kootenay handelt es sich um eine starke Verbindung die vor Feuchtigkeitseintritt geschützt ist. Die Anbringung ist einfach: Zeltstoff anzippen, Teleskop Eckstangen in die Ösen führen, seitliche Stabilisierungsstange befestigen, abspannen, fertig. 

Verstärkte Ösen an den Ecken dienen zum Einführen der Teleskop Eckstangen, die bis 2,30m ausziehbar sind. Am heraus stehenden Dorn wird die Abspannleine befestigt und per Schwerlasthering im Boden gesichert. 

Ein großer Vorteil ist die Befestigung des Markisenvorzeltes an der Oberschale. Dadurch gewinnt man ganze 85cm an zusätzlicher Höhe (im aufgeklappten Zustand), was ein großer Vorteil gerade bei niedrigeren Fahrzeugen ist. Im Vergleich zur Kootenay Markise, bietet das Markisenvorzelt zusätzlich 3 miteinander verbundene Seitenteile. Ein extra Raum entsteht also, den Ihr vielfältig nutzen könnt.

Links und rechts können die Seitenteile zudem komplett abgezippt werden und Du kannst das Vorzelt als Markise nutzen. Stell Dir das Markisenvorzelt also komplett auf Deine Bedürfnisse ein.

Die Eingangsöffnung befindet sich an der langen Seite und kann höhenangepasst nach unten per Reißverschluß geöffnet werden. Auch die Fensteröffnungen an den beiden Seiten, sind so groß, das ein Durchstieg möglich ist. An allen Öffnungen sind 2 Lagen Stoff für größtmöglichen Schutz verarbeitet, Moskitonetz und Zeltstoff zum Verschließen.

Zur Befestigung des Markisenvorzeltes am Boden, sind extra Ösenclips dabei die mit Heringen auf unterschiedliche Höhen, dem Fahrzeug angepasst, angebracht werden können. Ebenfalls dabei sind Clips zur Fixierung des Stoffmaterials an den beiden Teleskop Eckstangen. 

Ein platzsparendes Markisenvorzelt, sicher in der Transporttasche verstaut. Teleskopstangen, Heringe und Ösenclips kommen in extra Taschen. Die geringen Abmessungen im eingepackten Zustand, bieten ein Verstauen ebenfalls im Kootenay an. 

Das GEAR ROCK ® Kootenay Markisenvorzelt ist passend für Kootenay in Standardgröße sowie auch für Kootenay X-Large.

Great WFH screen for video calls

This screen is very lightweight and the panels can move and create a little cubicle around your workspace. I personally loved cubicles & despise open space seating, even at home. The ADHDer in my loves being able to block things away from my field of vision. These panels also hide any mess behind you, especially if you forget to blur the background on Teams or Zoom calls or if you don’t have the option to change your backgrounds. This was fairly easy to put together and very easy to move and adjust. The screen is a much better option than a sheet as I’ve seen others use on calls.🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I’m not sure how it will stand up around rambunctious pets or kids, but fairly certain it takes quite a push to knock it over. We have four cats & I’m pretty sure someone would try to climb this, which is why they’re not allowed in our workspace.

Difficult to assemble, but a good basic divider

I bought this to use as a background for when I have video calls. I wish I'd ordered the 6- or even 8-panel to block a little more, but that's my own error. It still covers a good portion of the room, so I'll make do, or maybe buy another at a later date to expand it. It looks ok, if a little plain. The fabric panels have creases in them from being folded and will need to be steamed or ironed out for a nicer look. It would be easy to make your own panels as well, if you're so inclined. The construction is decent. The frame is lightweight and if you don't angle the base supports the right way it may tip over if you extend it too far. The fabric panels aren't the highest quality, but are sturdy enough. They seem like they would handle being thrown in the wash well. The only issue I have with it is that it was so difficult to put together. The push latches that connect the poles don't push it well and hurt my hands. The fabric panels are sized to be extremely taut, which makes it very difficult to get them on the bars without forcing the bar to bend slightly. Overall, this is a good divider if you're looking for something simple and functional without being too worried about aesthetic. It's also a good, inexpensive base if you want to make your own custom panels.

Item is as described however this one appeared to be open and some parts possibly used. Example pole packaging mislabeled one had the letter K as a part there is no letter K item in the instructions. Another pole part had a taped on letter A which is completely different from the others thus indicating that it was opened or substituted. Finally after the partition was completely put together one of the bottom screw connection anchors came out making the partition unable to stand. I'm going to have to rig something up in order to get the anchor connected to the bottom panel. In closure the partion could be very acceptable and do the job if it was new and parts labeled correctly. I have pictures of all parts and packaging errors. Would buy again if new. I'm going to pursue some kind of compensation.
