Der Primus Atle Gas-Campingkocher ist ein echtes Arbeitstier für den Campingplatz.

Dieser großzügig bemessene Herd kann problemlos schwere Töpfe und Pfannen tragen, um eine große Gruppe zu versorgen. Die beiden leistungsstarken 3300-W-Brenner lassen sich mithilfe des eingebauten Piezo-Zündsystems leicht zünden und verfügen über separate Bedienknöpfe zur Feineinstellung der Flammen. Der Deckel dient gleichzeitig als Spritzschutz und Windschutz. Bei stürmischem Wetter können die seitlichen Windschutze jedoch auch ausgefahren werden, um zusätzlichen Schutz und Stabilität zu bieten.

Wenn es Zeit ist, nach Hause zu gehen, können Sie den Ofen zusammenklappen, verriegeln und ihn mit dem integrierten Griff zurück zu Ihrem Fahrzeug transportieren.

Diese Kocher werden über den beiliegenden Schlauch und das Regelventil an eine nachfüllbare Propangasflasche (mit M14 x 1,5-Anschlüssen) angeschlossen.

Bitte beachten: Dieser Kocher kann nicht mit Primus Power Gas-, Winter Gas- oder Summer Gas-Kartuschen verwendet werden. Im Lieferumfang dieses Kochers ist kein Gas enthalten. Er verfügt über einen M14 x 1,5-Anschluss, der in das Regelventil integriert ist, mit separaten Konvertierungsventilen M16 und Din Combi.

I rarely give 5 star reviews. This product deserves it. A lot of thought has gone into the design. First, the material of it is quite good, metal. It has a contoured and knurled top for ease of use and good grip without being "grippy". The recepticle has little brushes inside which I think is unique to this product. Will those brushes created a problem in the future? I don't know. But there must be a way to clean out the coffee dust at some point. An air blower? Until now I had been using a home-made WDT with acupuncuture needles drilled into a cork. When I used the Nessus WTD I could immediately feel a difference as I stirred the grounds. While I have only made two double-shots so far, there was noticeably less channeling that I had before (I use a bottomless portafilter exclusively). Actually I had no channeling, but initially two streams that mergedi into one in about 3 seconds, so pretty good compared to what I had before. Nothing much more to say except the price was quite good compared to other WDT's. Even though I haven't used this product more than a few times, I can, at least at first blush, recommend it.

This is a solid, well-made WDT tool that does exactly what it’s supposed to do — and gives you room to fine-tune it to your preference. The build quality feels good in the hand, and it works well right out of the box. A big plus is that it comes with extra needles, which makes it easy to change out bend needles or customize. I found that removing some of the needles actually improved usability for me. With all nine installed, it tended to push grounds around too aggressively. I’m currently running just 3 needles, and that setup works much better for gently breaking up clumps and distributing grounds without pushing or spilling coffee over the basket. Once dialed in, it’s been very effective and consistent. Overall, this is a great tool from TIVERAIN. If you like dialing in your workflow and want control over how aggressive your WDT is, this one is a great option.

With a weighted top and storage base, this is sturdy metal with what appear to be standard acupuncture needles. It comes with a set of spare needles in a plastic tube. I find it much easier to use if I keep my dosing funnel on the basket, followed by a quick clearing of the funnel using a weighted espresso distribution tool with the maximum extension before popping off the funnel for my final tamp. It's not bad, but one minor issue FOR ME

There is nothing generally not to dislike about this WDT. Priced right. Good quality materials. But there are two issues that made me choose a different one, even before using this one: The entire top and bottom are straight cylindrical pieces. Ergonomically I would have to use more, larger muscle movement from my wrist to stir the beans. Not a big deal for some, but with other similar choices at the same price, I thought I would be better off with a different model. The second issue is that then the needles are placed back in the tall "recepticle", the top piece merely sits on top and isn't secured. For some that might be good because the top can be lifted out without any opposing force. OTOH, if it tips over it might expose the needles or need two hands to get it back together. If I didn't have other choices, I'd keep this one. I knew, without even using it that it wasn't for me... but it might be for someone else. Again, the materials are quite good and you can tell by the heft of the item. I elected to go with a similar concept, but a more contoured design with a knurled top and brushes on the inside of the recepticle to hold the needles and top in place, but also easy to extract for use. My choice over the Tiverain WDT was personal and has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
